Please allow up to 14 weeks for your gown to be delivered. Our gowns are very good quality there for they take time to be made properly to the customers request.

Refunds may be given if the gown is faulty or poorly made but please remember all
gowns pass through us first and are thoroughly checked before being sent out to the customer. Please make sure of style. Colour and size before ordering as there are no
Refunds or exchanges on custom made dresses.
How do you do your prices so good?
With all our products will buy direct from the manufactures not wholesalers so we cut out the middle man also keeping mark up to a minimum. We also are a family run business so we manage to keep our overheads low. Therefore what ever savings we make we pass on to our customers.
How long before my wedding should I order?
Please allow 14 weeks for delivery of your dress and you should give yourself at least one to two months before your wedding to have your dress for any slight alterations that made need doing.
How much will postage and packaging be?
Postage is a flat rate of $60 per wedding dress $35 per bridesmaid dress and $20 for flower girl dresses to any where in Australia this is sent through Australia post and Covers Insurance on your Purchase. Discount will be given for multiple purchases.
For overseas post please email for quote on postage.
What size should I order?
For standard size: When you send through your inquiry or order we will e-mail you a size chart to the dress you ordered get your measurements taken and compare it to the chart then e-mail us back your size.
For made to measure: You can e-mail us through your measurements and get your dress made to your measurements when doing this it is very important to have a experienced person measure you for exact measurements.
